The initial session is typically two hours long and subsequent visits are 50 minutes.
Most clients meet weekly, at least initially. Some then choose to come every other week or once a month depending on their needs.
I am required by law to keep anything that you tell me confidential with a few legal exceptions such as child abuse or danger to the patient or others.

You can call my office at 303-596-0454 to cancel an appointment. Sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged for the missed appointment.
I currently accept credit cards and cash. Payments are to be made at the time services are rendered.
Yes, sessions will be charged in full if not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
I do not bill insurance companies directly. However, I am happy to provide you with the appropriate receipts and codes (DSM-IV and CPT) so that you can receive reimbursement.
I do not accept insurance primarily to protect your confidentiality. When there is a third party payer, that company has the ability to request session information and notes.
